Richmond, B.C. – Aspac Developments Ltd. welcomes three-time World Champion and two-time Olympic Silver medallist, Patrick Chan, to Vancouver for the first time after the Sochi Olympic Winter Games. He is an ambassador for Aspac Developments.
To help celebrate the launch of Aspac Club, Aspac has named Patrick Chan, as the first honorary member. “I am delighted to be the Honorary Member No. 1 of the Aspac Club,” says Chan. “I’m looking forward to the Aspac Club experience!”
“It is a great honour that Patrick accepted our membership last year. Today, we formally welcome him to Vancouver to take in the Aspac Club experience,” says Raymond Li, Director and Senior Vice President of Aspac Developments.
At the request of Aspac, Chan has generously donated the 2014 Replica Short Program Competition Outfit, which will be retired after the auction. All proceeds will go to Richmond Hospital Foundation for a great cause.
“With more and more people calling Richmond ‘home’ each year, we are grateful for the ongoing commitment and generous support of Aspac Developments,” said Natalie Meixner, President and CEO, Richmond Hospital Foundation. “Donors are vital to help ensure our medical teams at Richmond Hospital provide compassionate, lifesaving care right here for our families and our community.”
The outfit will be auctioned on eBay for 10 days and the bid goes live right after the media conference at 10:45 a.m. until May 24, 2014. Please visit www.aspacclub.com or www.richmondhospitalfoundation.com for details.
On top of that, Aspac Developments has already raised $10,000 for Richmond Hospital Foundation through a private charity function that Chan will be attending.
As part of giving back to the community, Chan skates with eight budding figure skaters from the Kerrisdale Figure Skating Club and inspires them to follow their dreams.
“Aspac always believes in not only building world-class communities but also offering elite lifestyle to our exclusive homeowners,” says Li. “Currently, we are offering the Aspac Club membership to 2,000 homeowners including the brand new River Green, Waterfront Place and Harbour Green Place at Coal Harbour, and the Wesbrook at UBC. Of course, future home owners will also enjoy the benefits. It is not about promoting real estate; it’s about creating a sense of community.”
The eight Founding Lifestyle Partners, each a leader in its own industry, include the British Columbia Golf Association, Cowell Auto Group, Culinary Capers Catering and Special Events, Edmonds Fine Appliances, Holt Renfrew, Kiwi Collection, Richmond Olympic Oval, and Spa Utopia.
Aspac Club is a first of its kind privilege programme conceived by a Vancouver real estate developer in the Lower Mainland.
